Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your BrewBeyond order to initiate a return.

Return Requirements:

All items must be returned in their original packaging with any tags still attached.
Products must be in an unused, brand-new condition.
Please hold onto your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:
To begin a return, just email us at contact@brewbeyond.shop. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your product and make the process smooth for you.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, contact us immediately at contact@brewbeyond.shop, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly, ensuring a replacement or refund.

Changed Your Mind?
No problem! If the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days in its original, unused condition with all tags intact. Please note: Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.

Exchanges:
Looking for a different item? The quickest way is to return your current item and place a new order for the product you want.

Unclaimed Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to it being unclaimed after attempted delivery, we cannot issue a full refund. Any return costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
